Pricing
Possession of this catalog does not constitute permission to purchase or an
obligation to sell.
Prices are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
All orders will be billed at prices in effect at time of order entry.
Shipping
All orders are shipped F.O.B. shipping point.
Orders worth $500 net or more will be shipped freight prepaid.
Orders will ship within 2-3 business days.
All shipping problems must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
An additional $8.00 handling fee will be added for all residential deliveries.
Terms
All invoices are NET 30 from invoice date.
A 1.5% late fee for each month may be assessed for invoices not paid by due date.
If an account becomes "past due", we reserve the right to place your account on
hold until payment is received.
Returns & Credits
Please contact a customer service representative for a Return Goods Authorization
number.
All returns must be in their original packaging to receive credit.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returns without an RGA number will not be issued credit.
Warranty
All Residential Essentials products are warranted to be free from defects in
material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase.
This warranty is for the original purchaser and must occupy the residential dwelling
upon which the product was originally installed. The product must be purchased
from an authorized retailer of Residential Essentials and a copy of the bill of sale
must accompany any return.
This warranty does not cover scratches, abrasions or deterioration due to paints,
solvents or other chemicals.
